Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided; please note that a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund.

  Pack Your Machine

  Place the product in its original packaging including all attachments, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
